Recommend their home make green soba. Noodle very Q and soup is tasty. If you like spicy flavor, you can add their home make chili paste. Nice restaurant.

One of the best Okinawa soba shops in Naha. They only open on lunch. I like their noodles since they obviously make it in house because of the clean texture. In case you order soba with meat like soki soba, they put the meat in a separate plate. They sell bento boxes and soba kits (the one where you assemble the ingredients in your home) too.

The first thing I thought when I arrived was,, it's beautiful! ! Beautiful clear soup with sparkling noodles Needle ginger on thick meat! Appetizing one from the platter. Take a bite and I'm sure you'll come again. The more you chew the noodles, the more delicious they become, and the bonito broth is strong in the soup, but it's light. The meat is also carefully boiled, so the seasoning is solid. Fuuchibar soba is topped with a moderate amount of Fuuchibar kneaded into the noodles. It's so delicious that you can feel Fuuchiba! It is irresistible for Fuuchiba lovers. The juicy rice is crispy and the soup stock is effective. I'm convinced that the juicy is exceptionally delicious at the shop where soba soup is delicious. Out of all the Okinawa soba I've ever eaten, the soup was the most delicious! ! I don't usually drink soup all the way through, but it was so delicious that I almost finished it! The homemade noodles were chewy and good! recommendation! There was a line at lunch time even on weekdays! This restaurant is popular with locals and tourists alike!

It's stylish I visited after 12 o'clock on a weekday, but perhaps by chance, I was able to get in without waiting. Ordered a large bowl of cartilage soki soba. There was saminiku on the soba noodles, and the cartilage soki was on a separate plate. The taste was basic and delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very stylish, and the portions were large.

Naha's popular noodle restaurant Tianda-san It is located on the first floor of a building one side street from the main street. I think there is probably no parking lot. You purchase a meal ticket, but the staff will give you a menu, so you can order while looking at the photos. Choose soba noodles made with Fuchiba noodles I think it goes well with the clear soup, but I can't really smell the mugwort scent. The soup was flavorful due to the strong dashi stock, but it was a little bland and unsatisfactory.
